• Female and Male Reproductive Anatomy - We will address the benefits of male and female foreskin/labia in this lesson and their functions. We also discuss bodily autonomy and integrity around this topic. Pros and cons of circumcision etc when it comes to health and functionality.

• How babies are made, including the various methods such as intercourse, IVF, Surrogacy, and Adoption

• Menstruation - The topics of birth control, the dangers of hormonal birth control, and how to use a basil body thermometer to track your child’s cycle. Why organic cotton matters, the different forms of menstrual products and how they are used, Menstrual phases and what our body is doing during this time, how we can take care of our body during these phases, and more.

• Basic Hygiene - We will discuss basic hygiene, the dangers of most commercial deodorants and why we should not use them (what to use instead), the PH of a females vagina and how to properly care for and clean it, body hair and it’s functions, how to properly clean an intact penis, toothpaste and “the other story” on fluoride and what we should do to care for our teeth and keep them strong and healthy, etc.

• Mental and Physical Health - We dive into this topic by learning how to regulate one’s nervous system, the power of self-love, social media, the dangers of diet culture and toxic wellness culture, body love, bullying, etc.
